Suitable for large dogs?	Yes. Capsule Dog Fountain is designed for medium to large dogs, especially dogs with a shoulder height over 27 cm. It is also suitable for multi-pet homes with both dogs and cats.
Is it suitable for small dogs?	It may not be the best fit for very small or short-legged dogs. For smaller pets, PETLIBRO Dockstream fountains may offer a more comfortable drinking height.
Is this heavy when full?	The fountain holds up to 8L of water, so it will be heavier when fully filled. For easier handling, we recommend placing it in your preferred spot before filling, or refilling from the top instead of moving the full tank.
Can it be used outdoors?	Indoor use is recommended. If used in a covered outdoor area, please keep the fountain dry, protected from rain, and connected to a safe power source.
Does the filter remove mud?	The 5-layer filter helps capture fur, debris, odours, and impurities from daily indoor use. If your dog drinks after outdoor play, mud or sand may require more frequent water changes, cleaning, and filter replacement.
How often should I clean it?	We recommend cleaning the fountain and pump every 1–2 weeks. Homes with multiple pets, heavy drinkers, or pets that bring in dirt may need more frequent cleaning.
Is it dishwasher-safe?	No. The fountain is made with ABS material and is not dishwasher-safe. Please hand wash the tank, tray, and removable parts.
