Frontline Spray for Dogs & Cats — Effective Protection against Fleas and Ticks
Frontline Spray is a long-lasting and easy-to-use flea treatment. It kills about 98-100% of fleas on cats and dogs within 24 hours. One application kills and prevents fleas for up to 8 weeks in cats and 12 weeks in dogs. Eliminating heavy flea infestation, Frontline Spray prevents flea allergy dermatitis. For paralysis tick control, use Frontline Spray every 3 weeks, and for brown dog ticks, apply it every 4 weeks. It also helps control sarcoptic mange on dogs and biting lice on dogs and cats. Consult your vet prior to using this product in breeding, pregnant, and lactating pets. The spray-on flea control formula is safe to use on puppies and kittens from 2 days of age.
How does it work?
Frontline Spray has the active ingredient fipronil. It readily penetrates into the pet’s skin. When pests come in contact, the ingredient destroys them by paralysing their nervous system, protecting your pet from fleas and ticks.
Directions:
- Adjust the nozzle according to the spray setting.
- You can use a higher dose rate for long-haired or densely coated animals to ensure the coat is thoroughly covered.
- Spray the entire body and apply at a distance of approx. 10-20 cm.
- Apply against the lay of the hair, and ruffle the coat, especially for long-haired pets, while spraying so that the product is applied aptly.
- Let the product dry naturally. Do not use a towel to dry your pet.
Dosage Frequency:
- To protect against adult fleas, apply every 12 weeks for dogs and every 8 weeks for cats.
- To protect against paralysis ticks, apply every 3 weeks for dogs and cats, and for protection against brown dog ticks, apply monthly.
