Cazitel - Flavoured Allwormer For Dogs 10Kg (Purple)

A broad spectrum All wormer, Cazitel flavored tablet treats and controls 12 species of gastrointestinal worms in dogs. It destroys roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms (hydatids as well) and whipworms. The anthelmintic action of these flavored tablets also treats Giardia infection and minimizes the spread of these worms.

Working Method

Praziquantel, Febantel and Pyrantel Embonate are the active ingredients of Cazitel All wormer tablets. The anthelmintic ingredients have a specific action on each type of worms.  Praziquantel destroys flatworms like tapeworms. Febantel has a strong action in destroying roundworms and Pyrantel Embonate kills all species of hookworms and few types of roundworms in dogs.

The combined action of all these ingredients results in absolute deworming of puppies and dogs. They get rid of helminthes that are parasitic worms found in pets. This way, they save the treated pets from various diseases caused due to these worms.

Directions

Cazitel flavored tablets are available in two packs:  

• Cazitel for dogs (1 tablet per 10 Kg bodyweight)
• Cazitel for large dogs (1 tablet for 35 Kg bodyweight)

Weigh your pet and choose the relevant pack. Check dosage table for details.

For larger dogs, give 1 tablet for 35 Kg bodyweight. For pets with more weight, follow your vet’s advice.

Administration

For hookworms and roundworms – give relevant dosage to puppies at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age. Followed by this, give monthly dosage until the pup is 6 months old. After this, repeat at every 3 months.

For whipworms – Once the pup is three months, administer the tablet at an interval of every 6 to 8 weeks.

For tapeworms – Give Cazitel tablets at an interval of 3 months. If the area is infested with Hydatid tapeworms then give tablets at every 6 weeks.

For guardian infection – Give the tablet for three consecutive weeks. It should be done strictly under a vet’s advice.

Safety

• Do not treat puppies younger than 2 weeks of age.
• Do not administer to pets sensitive to the ingredients.
• It does not treat heartworms so do not use it as a heartworm preventive

• Chances are rare but if the pet shows any reactions then consult the vet
• Wash your hands after giving it to the pet
• Human ingestion proves toxic. Consult the nearest poison control center in such cases
• Store below 30 Degree Celsius.

Contraindications

There are no known contraindications of Cazitel Allwormer tablets.
